2. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables

Eating vegetables will help your body get the right amount of vitamins. Fruits are also a great source of energy. However, it must be emphasized that too many fruits may increase your sugar intake and so you must be wary of the kind and amount of fruits you eat.

3. Get enough rest

Sleep at least 6-8 hours every day. You should try to always go to bed before 11 pm. This helps you to wake up refreshed and ready to start a new day.

4. Avoid being Stressed

Stress is another contributor to weight gain and ageing. Try to avoid being stressed and when it’s inevitable, make sure to have lots of rest and sleep.
